Los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos son rodamientos de rodillos de empuje radial con rodillos cónicos. Tienen dos tipos: pequeño ángulo cónico y gran ángulo de cónico. Los pequeños cojinetes del ángulo del cónico transportan principalmente cargas radiales y axiales combinadas con un componente radial dominante, a menudo utilizado en pares con montaje inverso. Los anillos internos y externos se pueden instalar por separado, lo que permite el ajuste de las autorizaciones radiales y axiales durante la instalación y el uso; Los grandes cojinetes del ángulo del cono, por otro lado, están diseñados para transportar cargas axiales y radiales combinadas con un componente axial dominante. Generalmente no se usan solos para transportar cargas axiales puras, pero pueden hacerlo cuando se dispuestas en pares para transportar cargas radiales puras.
