Four-row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings typically carry only radial forces and have a separable structure with inner and outer rings. Cylindrical roller bearings with no ribs on either the inner or outer ring can move relatively in the axial direction, making them suitable for use as free-end bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings with double ribs on one side of the inner and outer rings and single ribs on the other side can carry a certain degree of axial load in one direction.

Double-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in two structures: cylindrical inner bore and conical inner bore (indicated by the suffix code K). This type of bearing features a compact structure, high rigidity, large load-carrying capacity, and minimal deformation under load. It is particularly suitable for supporting machine tool spindles. The conical inner bore can also be used for fine adjustment of the clearance and simplifies the structure of the positioning device, making installation and disassembly more convenient.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearing SL04 series (NNF) are cylindrical rollers. The cylindrical rollers are arranged in parallel inside the bearing. The SL04 series full complement cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with slots and seals, and are widely used in the pulley block bearings of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment, especially in low-speed and heavy-load applications. For example, they are used in port machinery, metallurgy, conveying machinery, ships, etc.

The F series without outer ring bearings are full-enclosed cylindrical roller bearings with no outer ring. They are reinforced during transportation with transparent plastic sleeves or nylon sleeves. The F series without outer ring bearings come in single row and double row versions. The F series without outer ring bearings have wide applications and are commonly used in engineering machinery such as in gearboxes of reducers. Custom sizes can be made upon request based on samples.
